How Can I Get A Price For a Project?
Once you’ve called/emailed and we’ve started talking about your project, we can then send you a rough estimate based on several different factors like sqft pricing, past projects, and national averages. We may require an on-site visit as well. Once the rough estimate is accepted, a detailed contract and spec sheet is drafted and delivered. Total fee will depend on project size, details, etc.

Yes, you can contact an architect of your choosing or we can happily provide you with a trusted recommendation.

Do I Need To Make Payment To Secure A Spot in Your Construction Schedule?
Yes, a deposit is required before a spot is made in the schedule for a specified project.

What Payment Schedule Will be Required?
On average, a 25% deposit is expected. Additional payments are made as the job progresses. Our standard practice is to break up the project into 2-6 payments depending on size, complexity, etc.

What Is a General Contracting Fee?
A General Contractor is a professional who manages and oversees construction projects. The fee charged is a standard 15% and is made in addition to the project cost. Services include scheduling, overseeing work and subcontractors, filing all permits, facilitating inspections, quality control and assurances, and any remaining details that apply to your specific project to ensure efficiency.

How Far Out Is Your Scheduling?
We are scheduling on average anywhere between 2-6 months. Project size, paperwork completion and payment will also be determining factors on where we’re able to get you scheduled.
